The modules are submitted to the tutor on a regular basis for marking. A certificate can be given after successful completion of all the home-study modules. This covers the criteria required by the Kinesiology Federation. However to receive 18 credits at level 3 from the Open College Network, which is recommended, there is an additional requirement to attend the two-day module 'Applying Physiology in Your Practice' which takes place either in Bristol or Leicester.

It is a home-study course and can be completed in the students own time. It has been structured into 5 assignments and has been specifically designed for Kinesiologists. It includes the 42 muscles which other courses do not normally include such as ITEC. Julie Langton-Smith is an accredited ITEC tutor as well as a D32/33 assessor. The first assignment is sent with a guided learning video which is used as a reference. A portfolio of evidence is created by the student over the course and is invaluable for future reference. It is aimed to provide Kinesiologists with an understanding of nutrition. There are 10 modules addressing: dietary, macro/micro nutrients, bioavailability, contraindications, toxicity, and deficiencies, digestive, endocrine in particular to adrenal and thyroid function, liver function, oxidative stress and certain conditions. There is no examination, only home-study assignments to be submitted for each module. To assist this two manuals are provided including dietary/nutritional help plus assignments and guidelines. There is also a manual with kinesiology and nutrition techniques.
